Selling your home can be a very expensive venture. Real estate commissions are what you, the seller, pays to real estate agent(s) to sell your home at closing. It is only reasonable to have to pay an expert for providing a professional service. But, most real estate agents charge anywhere between 6-7% to list and sell your home. That is a lot of money to take away from your bottom line!
